DNV
Det Norske Veritas (DNV) is an international certification and classification company originally from Norway. DNV provides quality management, risk management and technical certification services for various industries, including maritime, oil and gas, energy, and sustainable technologies.
Originally "Det Norske Veritas" and "Germanischer Lloyd" (GL) were separate companies, but in 2013 the two companies merged and continued as DNV GL. In 2021, the name was changed back to DNV, with a focus on sustainable and forward-looking certification and technologies.
