applicationsAssistant mechanic scaffolding construction
During the training you will be prepared for the exam of the assistant scaffold builder by means of many practical assignments and visual material.
High-quality scaffolding material is used during this training. Every training day in this training course for scaffold erectors consists of a varied programme with short information rounds given by the trainer and various group assignments. The assignments are formulated in such a way that they are as much in line with your own professional practice as possible and are especially inviting to look for the necessary theory. In addition, you will be activated as much as possible to learn by doing.

Content Auxiliary Engineer Scaffolding
During the training the following items will be covered:- The main rules and terms used in scaffolding construction
- Explaining and naming scaffolding materials and components on drawings
- Correct and safe use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ergonomically responsible movement of scaffolding material
- Independent sorting of scaffolding material according to dimensions and type
- Safe transport of scaffolding material
- The concepts of strength, stiffness and stability
- Safe assembly and dismantling of traditional and system scaffolding up to 8 metres in height and an extension console
- Safe assembly and disassembly of a steel rolling scaffold up to 8 meters high
- Dealing with scaffold control systems (e.g. Scafftag procedure)
Both the theoretical and practical part will be concluded with an exam.
With satisfactory results, you will receive the DNV Certificate of Competence for Scaffold erection. This is a personal certification under ISO 17024.

Basic and Refresher training for scaffold erectors
This training is meant for new fitters as well as for experienced fitters who want to refresh their knowledge and/or have a valid diploma that will expire soon.

Is a medical examination necessary for me to do my job?
No. It is not necessary to undergo a medical examination before starting work.

What is included in the price of the Auxiliary Engineer Scaffold Construction?
