CS-OO
The Certification Scheme Detecting Unexploded Remnants of War (CS-OOO), formerly WSCS-OCE, is a procedure related to finding and securing unexploded munitions of war, often from World War I and World War II, that may still be under the ground or in waters in the Netherlands and other European countries.
CS-OOO is thus an approach used by specialized companies and agencies to safely manage and remove explosive remnants of war. This approach is critical to reducing risks to public safety and meeting regulatory requirements around construction and infrastructure projects in areas where explosive remnants of war occur. The certification scheme was prepared by the Certification Foundation. Safe Handling of Explosive Substances (VOMES) and adopted by the Ministry of SZW. The CS-OOO is anchored in the Occupational Health and Safety Act and in force for working in OOO-suspected areas.
