CS-OOO safety training courses
CS-OOO stands for Certification Scheme for the Detection of Explosive Remnants of War and relates to the detection of conventional explosives that were left behind in the (water) soil during the First and Second World Wars. This certification scheme was previously called WSCS-OCE (Work Field Specific Certification Scheme for the Conventional Explosives Detection System Certificate) but has been replaced by CS-OOO on 1 January 2021. The certification scheme was drawn up by the Safe Handling of Explosives Foundation (VOMES) and has been approved by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. The CS-OOO is anchored in the Arbo law and is effective for working in OOO suspicious areas.
