applicationsTelehandler - Basic
Do you or will you soon be working with a telehandler? Then this training is suitable for you! A telehandler is a type of forklift designed to lift and move heavy loads at height. It is a versatile machine often used in the construction, agricultural, industrial and mining sectors, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Telehandlers resemble traditional forklifts, but have some unique features that make them suitable for specific tasks. Unlike forklifts, telehandlers have a telescopic arm, which can be extended to reach higher heights and have deeper reaches than a standard forklift. The telescopic arm is usually equipped with a number of different attachments, such as forks, buckets or cages, that can be used to lift and move different types of loads.
Telehandlers also often feature four-wheel drive and are built on a heavy-duty chassis, making them capable of driving on rough terrain and able to remain stable when used on uneven ground.
In general, telehandlers are designed to lift and move heavy loads at height and on rough terrain. They are versatile machines capable of performing various tasks and can be customized to meet the specific needs of a wide range of industries and applications.
