Theoretical knowledge

Laws and regulations (SIR directives, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Environmental and safety regulations)

Technical fundamentals (Operation of high-pressure pumps and systems, Pressure testing and material strength, Parts and accessories (hoses, couplings, guns))
Inspection Procedures
- Visual inspection: how do you recognize wear, cracks or damage?
- Pressure testing: safely performing hydrostatic pressure tests
- Using measuring equipment: accurately checking pressure, flow and temperature
Risk analysis and prevention
- Recognize risks: kickback, leaks, pressure loss

Different booking conditions apply for this training because the exam takes place under the supervision of the SIR and we have to take into account the conditions set by them. One-time free rescheduling is only possible if the change is communicated by e-mail at least 15 working days before the start of the training. Cancellations for an already requested SIR exam, less than 15 working days before the start of the training, cannot be made free of charge.
