Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary Power (DVH)
As a Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary, you will be responsible for safely performing assigned tasks and carefully managing the tools provided.
By the end of the training course, as a Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary, you will be aware of the SIR (Industrial Cleaning Foundation) guidelines that deal with working with pressure vacuum equipment, and you will know how to apply them correctly.
Have you held the Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary SIR certificate for at least 3 months?

Training content
The Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary Training focuses on the basic skills and safety guidelines needed to work safely and effectively in the industrial cleaning industry. The topics listed below are covered during the training. The training concludes with a theory test.
Theory
- Introduction to printing and vacuum techniques.
- Laws and regulations surrounding safety (such as VCA)
- Hazards and risks of industrial cleaning work
Practice
- Working with high-pressure and vacuum equipment
- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintenance and inspection of tools and machinery
Safety and emergency procedures
- Recognizing unsafe situations
- Deal with emergencies
- Communication and collaboration in the workplace

Who is the training for?
The Pressure Vacuum Aide training is designed for anyone who will be working on industrial cleaning tasks, such as assisting with vacuum work, high-pressure cleaning and other cleaning processes in industrial environments.
The training focuses on performing these tasks safely and efficiently according to applicable safety regulations. -
In what language will the training be conducted?
The training is provided in Dutch as standard.
The SIR exam Pressure Vacuum Auxiliary Force can, in addition to Dutch, also be requested in the languages listed below.- German
- English
- French

Admission requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You hold a valid VCA diploma (B-VCA, VOL-VCA or VIL-VCU)
No other specific prior training is required. However, it does help if you have some experience or affinity with work in industrial cleaning or similar sectors.

*Thecourse is based on the SIR Pressure Vacuum Cleaning Handbook. The handbook will be sent to you digitally prior to the training. In addition, you will receive a printed version at the training location.As a Pressure Vacuum Aide, you are responsible for safely performing the work assigned to you and for the tools assigned to you.

Cost
The price shown at the top left is based on the cost of the exam for SIR member companies.

Booking conditions
Different booking conditions apply for this training because the exam takes place under the supervision of the SIR and we have to take into account the conditions set by them. One-time free rescheduling is only possible if the change is communicated by e-mail at least 15 working days before the start of the training. Cancellations for an already requested SIR exam, less than 15 working days before the start of the training, cannot be made free of charge.
