Basic knowledge-OOO
This course (formerly known as Basic Knowledge OCE training) is intended for persons who carry out support work in the OOO field, such as excavators, machinists, staff of contracting companies, supervisory staff of clients, auditors and other staff involved in explosives (soil) investigations.

Contents Basic knowledge-OO
The content is fully compliant with Explosives Soil Investigation (CS-OOO) legislation, covering the detection process, safety rules and different types of conventional explosives.
Safety runs like a red thread through the teaching material, which connects seamlessly with the set test terms.
After attending this training course, you will be well prepared to work in areas where conventional explosives may be found. In addition, you are aware of the safety aspects associated with working in these areas. This increased awareness enhances your own safety as well as that of other employees, allowing you to timely identify and report dangerous situations. This prevents personal accidents, material damage and negative publicity.
The exam is taken at the end of the course. With satisfactory results you will receive the certificate Basiskennis Opsporen Ontplofbare Oorlogsten (previously Basiskennis Opsporen Conventionele Explosieven). This certificate is required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act for OOO activities.

What is included in the price of the Basic Knowledge OOO?
- Digital certificate as proof of completion. A paper certificate will be not sent by default. However, if desired, you can receive a paper CS-OOO certificate at an additional cost of €25 excluding VAT. Read our blog article for more information.

What does OOO mean?
OOO stands for Detecting Explosive Remnants of War. This training course is suitable for people who carry out groundwork, work for a contractor company, are supervisors or otherwise may be involved in the (soil) investigation of explosives.
