  • On the day I check out of the Bastion Hotel, I no longer join DELTA for training. I am going straight to work or travel that day. Can I buy a packed lunch?

    It is possible to buy a packed lunch at the hotel. Ask for current prices at the hotel. You must pay the cost of the packed lunch yourself at the hotel.
  • If, for a hotel stay, I use less than €33.50 (including VAT) per night booked for dinner and drinks, will I get a refund?

    No, unfortunately, you have booked a package with us. If you use less, the cost of the package remains the same.
  • Can I also take a cab from the hotel to the training center and back?

    Yes this is possible. You can order a cab for example through: Rotterdamse Taxi Centrale: 010 462 60 60 or Vlaardingse Taxi Centrale: 010 435 43 44. Please note that you have to pay the costs to the cab company yourself. Under certain conditions a cab can be ordered from us on account. Please contact us for this.
  • How do I get from the Bastion Hotel Rotterdam Zuid to DELTA's training center?

    It is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the training center.
  • How far in advance can I book a training course?

    You can book a training course from the moment it is posted on the website. Normally all our training dates are on the website about half a year in advance. So from that moment on you can already book!
  • How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

    Your registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation of DELTA Safety Training in your email. We aim to send this to you within one working day.
  • Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

    The prices on the website are per student and exclusive of VAT. Please note that VAT is added to the amount shown. This is especially relevant for private persons.
  • Will I get my money back if the planned date is cancelled?

    It hardly ever happens that a training course is cancelled. If, due to exceptional circumstances, this is the case (for example, a trainer is ill and we cannot organise a replacement trainer on the same day), clients often choose to come back on another date. If you do not wish to do so, you will of course be refunded.
  • Can I pay if I am at DELTA Safety Training's location?

    Yes, at the start of the training you can pay at our reception desk by PIN card or credit card. It is also possible to pay in cash.

    It is not necessary to pay immediately upon registration. Regular customers can pay on account. Self-employed persons and private individuals can pay in advance after receipt of the invoice or in cash, PIN or credit card at the reception desk at the start of the training. On request, it is possible that we send a payment link by e-mail. The payment link allows payment by PIN or credit card.

  • Is it possible to register several students at the same time?

    Absolutely. When booking online, the option is given to add multiple students at the same time. This saves you time because you do not have to go through the entire registration process again for each student.
  • Is it possible to cancel or change a training course?

    If on second thought you would like to change any of the data, it is possible to do so. You can contact our Customer Support Department to make the changes. The client can, in the case of a booking up to 5 working days before the course date, move the participation in a course once free of charge (only in writing and by e-mail), provided that the change is communicated in writing at least 5 working days before 00:00 hours on the day of the start of the course. In the event of a second change for the same course participant/course combination, 50% of the course fee will be charged. Cancellation of a booking is possible free of charge up to 10 working days prior to 00:00 on the starting date of the course, after which the full (price) amount of the booking is due, unless different arrangements have been made between the client and the contractor.   • What information do I need to register for a training course?

    If you wish to register yourself or someone else for a training course, we require at least the following information: initials and surname, date of birth and e-mail address. For the invoice we would like to know the contact person, (company) name, street, house number, postcode, city, country, invoice e-mail address and telephone number.
  • How many people fit into a class?

    The number of students allowed in a classroom varies per training. If the 1.5m distance is again made mandatory by the government, we will reduce our group sizes to a lower number so that all students can follow the training safely.
  • When is my registration final?

    Your registration is final when you receive a confirmation of DELTA Safety Training in your mail. We aim to send this to you within one working day.
  • How can I register for a training course?

    Go to our complete offer, click on the training of your choice and you will end up on the product page. There, click on the "book" button and follow the indicated process. It is also possible to book by phone, e-mail or our chat module on the website.
