The practical training course Working safely at heights is meant for everyone who will be working at heights where a safety harness is compulsory. Positioning techniques are also covered during the training. On request the course will be adapted to the specific working conditions of the participants.
Please note that this course with DELTA certificate is a generic Working at Height course and does not concern the GWO Working at Height training which is specifically intended for work in the wind industry. If interested in GWO, please view the GWO Working at Height course.

Content training Working at height
This training consists of a theoretical and a practical part where the following topics are discussed:- Legislation and regulations with regard to climbing and working at height
- Explanation of the operation and use of various personal fall protection equipment
- Inspection and maintenance of fall protection equipment
- Unsafe work situations
- Demonstration of life-saving equipment and how to act after an accident
- Practical exercise with different types of fall protection
Both the theoretical and practical part will be concluded with a test.

Basic and refresher training Working at heights
This training is meant for people without experience as well as for people with experience who want to refresh their knowledge and/or have a valid diploma that will expire soon.

It is possible to follow a customised training course. On request, we can adapt the training to the specific working conditions of the course participants. -
When should I attend the Working at Height course?
When working at heights in the Netherlands, you must be able to do so safely. The employer must be able to demonstrate that employees are competent and able to work safely at height. The Occupational Health and Safety Act does not prescribe how to do this, one way to do this is by taking our "Working at Height Safely" course.
