During the course Working Safely with a Telehandler you learn to work safely and efficiently with a telehandler. The course Working safely with the telehandler (rigid superstructure, lifting and hoisting) consists of a theoretical and a practical part:Theory
- Definition of telehandlers, models and types
- Relevant legal provision
- Practical and safe handling of the telescopic handler: various pieces of equipment, construction and layout, inspection and maintenance, load handling, possibilities and limitations of the telescopic handler
- Safety rules regarding safety equipment, transport rules at the workplace and the use of the telescopic handler
Practice
- Lifting and hoisting operations with the rigid telescopic handler
- Driving skills and safe operation of the telescopic handler
- Prevention of accidents and damage
- Recognition of dangerous defects
- Practical exercise on an established course
You conclude both the theory and practical sections with a test.

This training is for you if you already have experience using a telehandler. Do you want to refresh your knowledge and/or extend your telehandler certificate because it is about to expire? Then follow this training!

Is a medical examination necessary for me to do my job?
No. It is not necessary to undergo a medical examination before starting work.

What is included in the price of the telescopic handler?
- Digital Telehandler Certificate as proof of completion. A paper certificate is not standard sent. However, if desired, you can receive a paper certificate at an additional cost of €25 excluding VAT. Read our blog article for more information.
