What will you do?

Working safely with a forklift, working safely with an aerial work platform, moving loads safely with a crane, opening and closing flanges safely according to protocol, working as an outside guard, working safely with self-contained breathing apparatus, first aid and company emergency response. These are some of our course offerings for which we are looking for a new Industry trainer. Are you an experienced trainer who already provides instruction in one or more of the above subject areas? Or are you not yet a trainer but you have ambition to give instruction and you have practical experience in one of the above subjects? Then we are looking for you! Whether you are an experienced trainer or want to become one, we can train you internally to become a passionate trainer. If you have worked in the petrochemical industry, the logistics industry, the shipping industry or if you have done a lot of tinkering as a mechanic (e.g. in the automotive industry) and you have the ambition to teach, do not hesitate to respond to this vacancy.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Trainer or Trainer-in-Training (32 - 40 hours) m/f:

An enthusiastic, proactive, independent and responsible employee who has relevant experience in the field and enjoys transferring this knowledge to our trainees. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• Minimum of MBO(+) working and thinking level.
• Proactive, independent and responsible attitude, with team player as core competency.
• Practical experience in at least one of the listed fields.
• Energetic, flexible and eager to learn
• Representative and communicative skills
• Fluent Dutch and English in speech and writing.
• Living in the Greater Rotterdam Area
• In possession of a valid driving licence B/BE

DELTA Safety Training is a renowned provider of professional safety training for the on- & offshore oil and gas, wind energy, maritime and (petro)chemical industries, among others.
