Yes, both the training sessions and the exam will take place in DELTA Safety Training's indoor centre.

Depending on the training you have chosen, there may or may not be a practical part. Please check the product page of your chosen course.

In principle, it is possible to pass all our training courses without having to do any self-study in addition to the training course. However, this depends on your prior knowledge, work experience and your concentration on the training day(s). By doing self-study before the training starts, you learn more during the training and you increase the chance of success considerably. We strongly recommend you to do self-study by using our free e-books.

If you follow a full-day training with us, lunch is included. On the training day itself, you can fill in a list of your wishes when you arrive.

Most training sessions start at 08:00. The start time is always mentioned on the confirmation you receive from us. We ask you to be present at least 15 minutes before the start of the training so that our trainers can start on time and you do not miss anything. Yes, this is possible for many training courses, such as BHV, forklift truck and aerial work platform. For some training courses, we or the certifying body set explicit conditions with regard to the location and the training materials. Please contact our Customer Support Department and they can discuss the possibilities with you.

All training courses take place in DELTA Safety Training's indoor training centre, unless you as a company request our trainers to come to your company. The location of the training is always stated on the confirmation you receive from us. Sometimes a training course is provided by one of our partner companies. In that case, the training location will be listed on the confirmation email you received from us. The training location will also be listed on the individual training pages on our website.

The Bastion Hotel Rotterdam Zuid is closest to the DELTA Safety Training training centre.

This differs per training course. Every trainee must in any case have proof of identity (passport, identity card or driving licence). Some training courses require additional items such as a B driving licence or PPE (personal protective equipment).
