We are proud to announce that our training centre has recently become NRTO-accredited. NRTO stands for Nederlandse Raad voor Training en Opleiding. Training institutes that have an NRTO quality mark meet strict quality requirements and codes of conduct.

An NRTO member:

• Is transparent about his product or service
• Is clear about the outcome of learning activities
• Use expert teachers, trainers, advisers and other staff
• Investing in the expertise of its staff
• Has a complaints procedure
• Striving for continuous improvement
• Measure customer satisfaction
• Fulfils agreements made

Obtaining the NRTO mark of quality means that our continuous strive for high quality services and offering a pleasant customer experience is now also recognised by the NRTO.

STAP budget
Obtaining the NRTO quality mark also means that our training courses are now eligible for the STAP budget. The STAP budget is a new regulation of the Dutch government and can be used from 1 March 2022 to apply for a maximum training budget of € 1,000. Employees can apply for this budget as private individuals. More about the STAP budget will follow later. Keep an eye on our blog for more information.
