Your role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the point of contact for our customers. You ensure that every question via email, chat or phone is answered quickly and professionally. You build strong relationships, think about schedules and make sure customers know exactly what training or certification they need. No question is too difficult for you - and if it is, you'll link up smartly with sales or operations.

What will you do?

✅ Answering customer inquiries via email, chat and phone

✅ Processing bookings, medical examinations and exams - from registration to certificate

✅ Requesting exam times from external exam agencies

Who we are looking for

✔ Minimum MBO(+) working and thinking level

✔ Proactive and independent attitude - you take care of it!

✔ Energetic, flexible and communicatively strong

✔ Fluent Dutch and a good command of English

✔ Driving license B

✔ Stress resistant: you keep your cool in the face of a full inbox and a ringing phone

What we offer
💰 Salary between €2,600 - €3,600 (based on 40 hours, depending on experience)

🏝 27 vacation days + 8% vacation pay

🏡 Hybrid working possible (1 day per week) & flexible working hours

🚗 Travel allowance (€0.23 per km)

With a passionate team of 5 Customer Success Specialists, we support our customers daily in all their queries and bookings.
