Customer and service orientation is your second nature. You don't stop until your customer is happy! You build relationships with our customers and answer their questions via email, chat or by phone. No question is too complex for you and if you can't figure it out, you'll proactively communicate with field sales or operations about the possibilities. You enjoy immersing yourself in our customers and their work schedule, so you know seamlessly which solution from our product range is best for them and when.

What will you do?

As a customer support specialist (32 hours m/f) You will primarily focus on the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming queries via email, chat and telephone from existing and new accounts.
  • Processing bookings, medical examinations and exams from registration to certificate and final course evaluation.
  • Issuing quotations and supporting the field sales department.
  • Requesting examination moments at external examination agencies.

  • Minimum of MBO(+) working and thinking level.
  • Proactive, independent and responsible attitude, with team player as a core competency and above all a good mood.
  • Energetic, flexible and eager to learn
  • Representative and communicative skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
  • In possession of a valid driving licence B/BE
  • You keep a cool head when the requests, e-mails and phone calls come in or a customer has an unexpected complaint.
